Overview
UNICEF seeks a local consultant to provide translation and editing services for MICS reports and data tables in Albanian and Serbian.
Tasks Summary
- Translation and editing of the MICS Survey Findings Report (SFR) template from English into Albanian and Serbian.
- Translation and editing of the MICS tabulation package.
- Suppression of data tables according to statistical disclosure control rules.
- Translation and editing of the final 2025 MICS Survey Findings Report from English to Albanian and Serbian.
- Translation and editing of MICS Data Snapshots from English to Albanian and Serbian.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in translation and editing of technical or statistical reports.
- Familiarity with survey data, statistical tables, and official publications.
- Prior experience with MICS, DHS, census data, or similar large-scale surveys is a strong asset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and incorporate multi-stakeholder feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Qualification Requirements
Advanced University degree in Demography, Statistics, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, or any other related technical field is required.
