Overview

Manages the execution of business process improvements and contributes to identifying new areas of capability improvement within the organisation.

Tasks Summary
  • Manages the execution of business process improvements;
  • Contributes to identifying new areas of capability improvement within the organisation which may be enhancements to skills, technology or processes;
  • Advises on the application of appropriate quality management techniques and standards;
  • Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information;
  • Provides advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards;
  • Create and operate a governance structure and develop the processes required to operate a CSI portfolio; creating an environment that uses best practices and create improvement opportunities.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
  • Recent experience (at least 3 years) in IT service management, with a focus on continual improvement;
  • A proven track record of leading successful service improvement initiatives across large organisations;
  • Relevant experience in leading a cross functional team, preferably in an international environment;
  • Experience in roles requiring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
Qualification Requirements

A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Contract Duration: 5 year contract

Work Modality:

Remuneration: 8,273.12 Euro (EUR) Monthly
