International Consultant to support the establishment of an efficient data collection system for trade in services in Djibouti, in line with international standards and national strategic objectives.

Tasks Summary

• Deliver a startup report: diagnosis and institutional mapping.
• Deliver a main technical report: analysis, proposals, and datasets.
• Conduct a national validation workshop and submit a revised final report incorporating feedback.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the collection and analysis of trade data, particularly in services.

Qualification Requirements

• University degree at Master's or PhD level in statistics, economics, or a related discipline.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Mastery of French (oral and written) is mandatory.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of English is an asset.
