To perform a variety of site maintenance tasks to support a safe, comfortable, and reliable working environment.
Tasks Summary
- Monitor office power supply, including city power and generators, and perform internal installations, dismantling, and repairs of lights, cables, and plugs.
- Check and clean ACs, including corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Receive and follow up on payment processes for electricity and water bills.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems.
- Assist in identifying needed plumbing materials and ensure sufficient stock.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, including daily inspection of toilets and drains.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies at any time, including weekends and holidays.
- Ensure adequate water supply to different WFP compounds and keep water tanks clean.
- Assemble or repair WFP assets as needed, including office furniture, windows, doors, and locks.
- Perform any other related services requested by direct superiors.
Experience Requirements
Three or more years of related experience in site maintenance and record keeping procedures, and at least one year at G2 level or equivalent.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of secondary school education.
