Overview
Develop, design, and publish a user-friendly manual documenting the Enterprise Development Fund's (EDF) approach, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct a desk review of existing EDF program documents, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Interview staff and beneficiaries to capture insights and lessons learned.
- Develop an interim report outlining the manual's structure and workplan.
- Document the end-to-end process for providing EDF grants.
- Capture tools, templates, and checklists, integrating case studies.
- Develop a clear, user-friendly structure with infographics and diagrams.
- Share draft versions for review and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure language clarity, technical accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Deliver the final manual in editable and print-ready formats.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven related experience.
- Proven experience in developing manuals, technical manuals and/or guidelines.
- Expertise in livelihoods, economic development, or related programs.
- Familiarity with humanitarian/development contexts.
Qualification Requirements
Master’s degree in international development, Public Administration or related Social Science fields.
