Overview
The consultant will temporarily fulfil the role of RCA Caseworker to address a short-term surge in operational workload and support routine programme delivery, case management follow-up, and field-level implementation.
Tasks Summary
- Support the day-to-day implementation and tracking of RCA Programme activities.
- Carry out routine field visits to check on beneficiaries’ conditions, record needs or concerns, and share information for follow-up.
- Keep beneficiaries’ case files updated in RAMS.
- Collaborate to plan and facilitate meetings, trainings, workshops, and community activities.
- Track basic service delivery and identify gaps or challenges.
- Assist in reviewing payment documentation for service providers.
- Take part in information sharing within the programme team.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Experience Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of working experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of, and experience assisting in the implementation of programme and operational support activities including some exposure to protection and mental health related tasks.
- Relevant experience in project implementation support; experience with training logistics or delivery is an advantage.
- Experience handling administrative activities.
- Experience working on migration-related activities, with exposure to Imigrasi processes and beneficiary contexts.
- Experience liaising with Government Departments/Authorities and UN and other international organizations, private sector and other stakeholders.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma; or,
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Economics, Political, Social Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights or Business and Counseling from an accredited academic institution.
