Overview

Provide administrative and coordination support to various Units within the FATF Secretariat, assisting with meetings, missions, documents, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.

Tasks Summary
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to FATF Plenary meetings and other events, including registration, invitation preparation, and logistical support.
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and conferences, including room reservation, registration, and secretarial support.
  • Organise and prepare official missions for staff and guests, including travel arrangements and expense claims.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents and reports in English and French.
  • Draft routine correspondence and respond to information requests.
  • Maintain contact lists and manage Communities platforms.
  • Prepare letters of invitation, contracts, and payment orders.
  • Provide back-up assistance for other support staff.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience in administrative and/or secretarial work, preferably in an international environment.
  • Previous experience in the organisation of large-scale meetings, business travel and document formatting.
Qualification Requirements
  • Secondary level education.
  • Preferably a training in office management or secretarial work or studies.
Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of other languages could be an asset.

Contract Duration: Two-year fixed term appointment, with the possibility of renewal to a maximum of 36 months.

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • Monthly salary starts at 3,809 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
