Overview

The Information Systems Intern will manage and enhance ETO, the primary database for the IRC's New York program office, gaining hands-on experience with database management, API calls, and software development.

Tasks Summary

• Identify areas for workflow optimization and build automations.
• Design, build, and test API calls including GET and PUSH requests.
• Work with Power Automate to connect the database to existing business processes.
• Address user inquiries relating to ETO or Power Automate.
• Assist with creating new touchpoints and entities in ETO.
• Assist with batch uploading data into ETO.

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of full-time professional experience (internships included) in Software Development, Information Technology, Solutions Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with REST-based API calls such as GET and PUSH requests.

Qualification Requirements

• Current graduate student (or having graduated within twelve months of the internship start date) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
