Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the implementation of the Automotive Service Excellence and Youth Empowerment Project, focusing on improving TVET education quality and expanding employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for vulnerable youth in the automotive sector.
Tasks Summary
- Day-to-day coordination of project implementation activities
- Work planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverables
- Stakeholder coordination and engagement with ministries, agencies, and partners
- Monitoring of progress against work plans and key performance indicators
- Project documentation, reporting, and knowledge management
- Budget tracking and financial compliance support
- Risk tracking, issue management, and escalation
- Support to training delivery and capacity-building activities
- Quality assurance and coordination of monitoring activities
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience coordinating automotive or technical sector projects
- Experience supporting donor-funded or multi-stakeholder projects is an advantage
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Automotive Engineering or a related field
- Additional expertise in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid technologies is essential
