Overview
This senior leadership role leads the organisation’s fundraising growth, brand positioning, and external engagement strategy to shape how Plan Indonesia is seen, trusted, and supported.
Tasks Summary
- Design and deliver a diversified resource mobilization strategy.
- Set and drive fundraising targets across portfolios and channels.
- Strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and relevance across media, digital platforms, and public discourse.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with media leaders, journalists, influencers, public figures, corporates, and partners.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a large, multi-disciplinary team.
- Contribute to the Country Leadership Team (CLT) and organisational decision-making.
- Ensure safeguarding, GEDSI, and PSHEA principles are embedded across the department.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or related functions.
- Proven success in driving income growth, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of donor trends, funding landscapes, and investment strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership marked by integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel up to 90 days per year, including short-notice travel.
Qualification Requirements
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
