Overview
Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project efforts related to Transitional Justice and Community Stabilization. Assist in coordinating IOM's efforts and liaising with partners and government contacts.
Tasks Summary
- Support the overall planning, implementation and monitoring of project efforts.
- Assist in the coordination of IOM’s Transitional Justice and Community Stabilization efforts.
- Liaise with partner NGOs and relevant national and local government contacts.
- Support the mapping of Transitional Justice and Community Stabilization needs and beneficiaries.
- Work with the monitoring and evaluation team to devise and implement a monitoring system.
- Contribute to the contracting of partner NGOs and procurement of goods and services.
- Contribute to regular reporting, correspondence, publication and presentation materials.
- Provide information gathering management support.
- Track and analyse national developments pertaining to Transitional Justice and Community Stabilization.
- Organize and/or take part in Transitional Justice and Community Stabilization-related events.
- Provide inputs and recommend improvements to programme activities.
- Support the development and application of programme visibility and communications.
- Coordinate logistics and take part in organization of RRR-related activities and events.
- Supervise, guide and train assigned staff.
- Undertake duty travel within Ukraine pertinent to Emergency and Stabilization programming.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Experience Requirements
- School diploma with six years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups.
- Experience throughout the project cycle is an asset, including project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience of working in a UN agency or International NGO is an asset.
- Experience of working with governmental authorities and NGOs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution
