Overview
Support the consolidation and quality assurance of programme data, donor and corporate reporting, partner follow-up, and the development of knowledge products and analytical tools for the Learning-to-Earning portfolio.
Tasks Summary
- Follow up implementing partners for timely submission of reports and datasets.
- Review, clean, and validate partner-reported data.
- Support partners in addressing data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
- Support the design and maintenance of systems for data extraction, consolidation, and storage.
- Develop and update dashboards, trackers, and visual summaries.
- Design and support the development of knowledge management products.
- Support the organization and structuring of programme documentation and evidence repositories.
- Contribute to internal learning and reflection processes.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3+ years of professional work experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, or programme support, preferably in youth employability, skills development, or entrepreneurship programmes.
- Experience working in the UN or other international development organization is an asset.
- Understanding and experience in data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Experience in developing dashboards, trackers, or knowledge products is an asset.
- Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email/internet, and familiarity with database management and data visualization tools.
- Experience in Graphic Design is a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Affinity with or interest in youth employability, skills development, entrepreneurship, and Learning-to-Earning programmes, as well as the UN system is highly desirable.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Economics, or a related field.
