Overview
The Resource Mobilization and Reporting Officer will support the implementation of the WHO Jordan Country office Resource Mobilization Strategic Action Plan and produce high-quality reports.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate preliminary data collection using AI enhanced RM and donor coordination mapping tools.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and produce periodic analytical reports.
- Maintain a donor database and track funding commitments.
- Conduct periodic donor intel and identify funding opportunities.
- Manage RM agenda at WHO Jordan Country office.
- Contribute to WCO reporting mechanism, producing analytical reports on regional flagship initiatives.
- Coordinate preparation of donor reports.
- Support organization of donor meetings, briefings, and events.
- Contribute to visibility and advocacy materials.
- Facilitate communication between WHO and other UN agencies and development partners.
- Assist in capacity building activities.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in partner coordination, communication and negotiations, resource mobilization, report generation.
- Strong Knowledge of Data Analysis and Stakeholder Analysis.
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Experience in Developing Reports.
Qualification Requirements
Master's degree in arts and science, research, communication.
