Overview

The UN Volunteer will support the Senior Leadership Support (SLS) Team within UNICEF's Division of People and Culture (DPC) by ensuring smooth project operations and data management. The role aims to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the team's ability to deliver on strategic priorities.

Tasks Summary

• Create and update trackers for project monitoring.
• Support the updating and alignment of project trackers.
• Contribute to the development, refinement, and maintenance of SOPs and templates.
• Organize and maintain documentation.
• Support the design and creation of communication materials.
• Provide general support for planning and coordination activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
• Revisit and organize data to facilitate the generation of statistics and support dashboard/report development.
• Support data collection, management, and reporting.
• Support talent acquisition efforts during high-demand periods.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Professional work experience at the national and/or international level is an asset.
• Experience working in the UN or other international development organization is an asset.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, Business Management, International Relations, Social Sciences, Psychology, or another related field.

Languages Required: English, Level: Fluent, Required

Languages Preferred: Working knowledge of other UN languages is desirable.
