Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and scaling of digital learning initiatives and lead training and capacity building for life skills programs.
Tasks Summary
- Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and scaling of AKLUIS digital learning initiatives.
- Ensure digital learning materials and platforms are pedagogically sound, aligned with learning objectives and national curricula.
- Effectively monitor digital learning for impact and quality.
- Lead the training and capacity building of the life skills program implemented by UNICEF partners.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in education program development, digital learning, teacher training or non-formal education.
- Proven experience in digital learning and skills development.
- Familiarity with competency-based education.
- Relevant experience at the country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualification Requirements
• An Advanced degree (Master’s) in Education Development, or related field.
