This assignment supports the Staff Welfare Unit (SWU) Peer Helper Network by building a structured micro-learning library within the existing SharePoint / Microsoft Teams space. The goal is to provide peer helpers with consistent, culturally appropriate learning materials and simple engagement tools.
Experience in content curation, writing/editing, learning design, knowledge management, or communications. Ability to produce clear, practical guidance and to organize content for end-user adoption. Familiarity with MS Teams/SharePoint content organization is an advantage.
University-level studies (completed or ongoing) in a relevant field such as social sciences, international relations, international law, public policy, psychology, public health, education, communications, knowledge management, human resources, or related disciplines.
