Overview

Consultant to conduct community-based protection trainings and develop and facilitate trainings on countering human trafficking for humanitarian actors and protection workers in Ukraine.

Tasks Summary
  • Facilitate 10 one-day Community – based protection trainings in Kharkiv and Dnipro regions.
  • Develop and design the contents of a one-day training on countering human trafficking, including curriculum, handouts, presentation, tasks, and a pre/post knowledge assessment questionnaire.
  • Facilitate 17 one-day trainings on countering human trafficking in different regions of Ukraine.
  • Facilitate group work and provide expertise in Q&A sessions.
  • Organize and supervise pre and post training knowledge assessments.
  • Prepare trainer’s reports for each training, including analysis of knowledge assessments, group engagement, key discussion points, and challenges.
Experience Requirements
  • Five years of professional experience in the area of countering trafficking in human beings.
  • Previous experience in developing and conducting counter-trafficking trainings.
  • Previous experience of work with vulnerable population and provision of protection assistance to beneficiaries.
Qualification Requirements

• University Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Law or related field.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian

Languages Preferred: • knowledge of English will be an asset

Contract Duration: Up to 11 months

Work Modality: Travel required: Yes, travel to the trainings location within Ukraine is necessary.

Remuneration: • Deliverable 1 by 31 March 2026 – 3500 USD (United States Dollars Three Thousand Five Hundred) • Deliverable 2 by 31 August 2026 – 5950 USD (United States Dollars Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty)
