The role involves supporting knowledge management under the PINUA project by developing tools, promoting learning and replication, fostering co-creation, and disseminating best practices.
A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in information and knowledge management, organizational learning, computer information systems or related fields is required, of which at least two years’ working experience in developing knowledge management strategies, digital tools, data strategies and related training programs. Experience of working within national policies and alignment with the Government in housing or urban planning or slum upgrading within Africa is highly desirable. Proven experience in delivering knowledge management assignments for the UN or other international agencies is also desirable.
A first-level university degree in information and knowledge management or a related field is required. Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Information and Knowledge Management or a related field is desirable.
Languages Required: Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of local language is an added advantage.
