Overview
To support and facilitate the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process for climate policy activities in Mongolia, a part-time consultant will provide technical services for technology needs assessment.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate consultative stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Facilitate the identification and prioritization of technologies through a participatory process.
- Analyze how prioritized technologies can be implemented and how implementation circumstances can be improved.
- Review and finalize TNA, BA&EF, and TAP reports.
- Prepare policy briefs and co-organize dissemination events.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree.
- At least 7 years of work experience in climate and policy related project management or related fields, preferably in Mongolia.
- At least 7 years practical experience in relevant fields, including research analysis and/or project management.
- Experience in an international agency or organization is desirable, preferably in Mongolia.
Qualification Requirements
Postgraduate degree in environmental management or other climate-related fields.
