Overview

The UNV Especialista Coordinador Entrenamiento y Engagement will support the creation, development, implementation, and follow-up of the training strategy for Face to Face and Telemarketing channels, ensuring effective communication of UNICEF's work for children and strengthening team techniques.

Tasks Summary

• Promote the achievement of income objectives, acquisition of new donors, retention of existing donors, and reactivation of cancelled donors in conjunction with the Coordination of each channel.
• Develop and implement, in conjunction with the Coordination of each channel, the objectives of the training and engagement strategy, complying with the timelines defined in the work plan.
• Develop and implement reinforcement training in different teams, including topics on programmatic intervention and UNICEF projects.
• Train, capacitate, and develop fundraising skills of facers, teleoperators, new hires, and existing campaign personnel.
• Train, capacitate, and develop leadership and team management skills for leaders.
• Conduct constant field visits to motivate, recognize, and work with teams in different cities where operations are located.
• Gather impressions, doubts, and ideas from the teams to improve communication with them and their knowledge.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant experience 3 years
• Experience creating, developing, and implementing training content and programs (instructional design, in-person/virtual sessions, training material) in commercial and/or marketing environments.
• Desirable experience training or leading Face to Face and/or Telemarketing teams, or high-performance commercial teams (minimum 50 people).
• Desirable ability to evaluate the technical performance of teams and leaders, generating continuous improvement plans based on field observation and structured feedback.

Qualification Requirements

Technical/vocational diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related areas. Candidates who have the diploma or are still studying will be considered.

Remuneration: The corresponding subsistence allowance (Volunteer Living Allowance or VLA) is provided monthly to cover housing, utilities, and ordinary living expenses. Life, health, and permanent disability insurance are included, as well as final repatriation (if applicable).
