Overview

Support UNDP Kenya with accounts analysis by assisting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Tasks Summary

• Assist in checking the supporting documents of the expenditures
• Contributes to the automation and optimization of reporting processes.
• Create a differentiation on excel for approved expenditures
• Check expenditures of sub grantees
• Cleaned and well-documented datasets and reports
• Weekly status updates and a final presentation/report summarizing work completed.
• Final Report

Experience Requirements

• 4-8 years in accounting/bookkeeping, ideally in projects; familiarity with IFRS helpful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Qualification Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA ( K ) or equivalent
