Overview
Support labour market integration for beneficiaries of international protection and temporary protection through employability support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support labour market integration through individual and group career counselling sessions.
- Participate in the mapping of potential employers and identify job vacancies.
- Participate in identifying opportunities and areas of employment to cultivate collaborations with private sector entities to enhance the employability of the beneficiaries.
- Connect the beneficiaries with job opportunities.
- Participate in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other events related to employability, focusing on the beneficiaries’ access to the labor market.
- Advise the beneficiaries regarding additional documentation required to increase their employment potentials and collect relevant documents for submission for reimbursement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and quality physical archiving of Means of Verification.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
- Previous work experience in a similar role;
- Possess adequate combination of knowledge, education, training experience and skills to perform essential functions of the position;
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
Qualifications
- University degree and/or higher in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education and Lifelong Education, Economics or any other related field with minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Postgraduate degree or relevant trainings in the field of career counselling would considered an advantage.
