Overview

Support labour market integration for beneficiaries of international protection and temporary protection through employability support activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support labour market integration through individual and group career counselling sessions.
  • Participate in the mapping of potential employers and identify job vacancies.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities and areas of employment to cultivate collaborations with private sector entities to enhance the employability of the beneficiaries.
  • Connect the beneficiaries with job opportunities.
  • Participate in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other events related to employability, focusing on the beneficiaries’ access to the labor market.
  • Advise the beneficiaries regarding additional documentation required to increase their employment potentials and collect relevant documents for submission for reimbursement.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and quality physical archiving of Means of Verification.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
  • Previous work experience in a similar role;
  • Possess adequate combination of knowledge, education, training experience and skills to perform essential functions of the position;
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
Qualifications
  • University degree and/or higher in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education and Lifelong Education, Economics or any other related field with minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Postgraduate degree or relevant trainings in the field of career counselling would considered an advantage.
