Overview

The Partnership Officer will support the effective management of DRC’s partnerships with civil society organizations (CSOs) and local authorities in Ukraine, contributing to the full project cycle of partner-led programming.

Tasks Summary
  • Support the administration of sub-grants throughout the project cycle (from contracting to close-out).
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sub-grants in DRC’s internal systems and shared consortium repositories.
  • Support timely preparation and signing of sub-grant agreements and amendment packages.
  • Track partner reporting deadlines, payment schedules, and deliverables; follow up with partners to ensure timely submission and compliance.
  • Liaise with support service teams (finance, procurement, HR) to ensure alignment between programmatic and compliance workflows.
  • Support the update of CSO vetting and due diligence processes.
  • Coordinate with the Partnership Specialist (ABA) the Support Services team to monitor corrective action plans or capacity-building follow-ups resulting from due diligence.
  • Provide administrative support during proposal review processes, including documentation.
  • Ensure that all DRC sub-grants management tools are updated with quality data.
  • Support the organization of partner kick-off meetings, review meetings, and close-out meetings with partners.
  • Support the preparation and quality review of partner narrative reports.
  • Support the Partnership Specialist (ABA) in organizing capacity-strengthening initiatives for local CSOs.
  • Identify recurring compliance or management gaps among partners and flag them for targeted support.
  • Prepare and circulate subgrants-related updates, trackers, and minutes for consortium governance meetings.
  • Ensure complete partner documentation to facilitate internal and/or external audit.
Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with grants or partnership management in an INGO or UN agency.

Qualification Requirements

University degree in international relations, project management, business administration, or a related field.

Other Details

Languages Required: Excellent command of written and spoken Ukrainian.

Languages Preferred: Good command of English is desirable.

Contract Duration: 12 months renewable
