Overview

The role is responsible for the overall product technical leadership activities of the Digital Archive System, aiming to develop and maintain an AI-based solution for reconstructing refugees’ family trees.

Tasks Summary

• Oversee entire project development lifecycle of the Digital Archive System.
• Guide the project development team to deliver, scale, and enhance the product.
• Evaluate, train, and improve AI results of the product.
• Ensure product quality, security, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical direction, review deliverables, and mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot product issues, prioritize backlog items, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
• Deliver progress updates and lead agile ceremonies.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product leadership, software development, or technical delivery roles.
• Proven experience leading teams delivering products built with Power Platform, .Net, MS SQL, Azure services, and RESTful integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing, training, finetuning, and enhancing AI integration.
• Strong background in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and driving agile delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and improving product workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualification Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data science, AI or other related discipline.
• A relevant first-level university degree in combination with two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English is required.

Languages Preferred: Knowledge in Arabic is an advantage.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: Monthly remuneration equivalent to P3 Step 1 amounting to $7,924.25 for every fully completed month.
