Overview

The Health and Nutrition Officer will support the development and implementation of integrated Health and Nutrition strategies and approaches, ensuring monitoring of cooperation program interventions and providing technical support to partners.

Tasks Summary

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of integrated Health and Nutrition program interventions.
• Technical support for documenting program achievements and lessons learned.
• Technical support for quality assurance of integrated Health and Nutrition program implementation.
• Logistical support for essential inputs for Health and Nutrition programs.
• Support for emergency preparedness and response interventions in Health and Nutrition.
• Strengthening partnerships with state partners, civil society organizations, international NGOs, and other UN agencies.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience at the national and/or international level in managing Health and Nutrition programs.
• Experience working with the UN or another international development organization.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, or Community Policy.

Contract Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
