The Research Specialist will play a crucial role in strengthening the research function in ESAR, providing quality support to the RO and country offices to ensure high-quality, relevant research is planned, generated, and used to drive policy, programmes, and advocacy.

Master's degree in Social research methods, Interdisciplinary Social sciences with a focus on research, public policy research or evaluation, econometrics, anthropology, and related fields with strong focus or experience on Social Research approaches (quantitative and/or qualitative).

Contract Duration: 11 months (with possibility of extension)
