Overview
Provides end-user ICT support services, assisting staff with Microsoft 365 applications, managing user accounts, deploying devices, and supporting collaboration platforms.
Tasks Summary
- Provide end-user ICT support for Microsoft 365 applications, Windows devices, mobile devices, and standard UNCCD applications.
- Manage Azure Active Directory user lifecycles, including account creation, modification, and disabling.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Intune/Autopilot.
- Manage ICT asset stock and maintain the inventory database.
- Support users in the effective use of Microsoft 365 platforms like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist with basic website and platform support for Drupal-based UNCCD sites.
- Provide ICT support for meetings and conferences.
- Prepare workspaces for newcomers.
- Participate in ICT-related meetings and maintain documentation.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in information technology support, including end-user assistance, device deployment, and Microsoft 365 support.
- Experience in managing user accounts in Azure Active Directory and deploying Windows devices using Intune or similar cloud-based management tools.
- Experience supporting Drupal-based websites at a basic administrative level is desirable.
- Work experience in an international or multicultural environment is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of secondary school education, plus a supplementary of a certificate or diploma in either Information Technology, Computer Studies or Information Systems is required.
