Overview

The Business Intelligence Intern will assist in preparing business intelligence reports to support management decision-making. This role involves data collection, cleaning, and validation, as well as maintaining dashboards and reporting templates.

Tasks Summary
  • Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc business intelligence reports.
  • Collect, clean, and prepare data from existing systems.
  • Maintain and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
  • Validate data accuracy and identify basic data quality issues.
  • Compile management and performance reports.
  • Maintain organized records of data and supporting documentation.
  • Follow established BI and reporting processes.
  • Work with team members to understand reporting requirements and data definitions.
  • Assist with the creation of regular business intelligence reports using standard tools.
  • Support data preparation from existing sources.
  • Use a visualisation product to design and create data visuals.
  • Select appropriate visualisation techniques.
  • Engage with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.
  • Assist with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
  • Maintain programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
Experience Requirements
  • Assists with the creation of regular business intelligence reports using standard tools.
  • Supports data preparation from existing sources.
  • Uses a visualisation product, as guided, to design and create data visuals.
  • Selects appropriate visualisation techniques from the options available.
  • Engages with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.
  • Assists with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
  • Maintains programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable

Contract Duration: • 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
