Account Management Support Intern

Overview

This internship supports the senior account management assistants team through administrative tasks, document review, and knowledge management. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clarity in materials and deliverables.

Tasks Summary

• Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
• Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
• Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
• Uses a visualisation product, as guided, to design and create data visuals.
• Engages with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.
• Maintains a knowledge management database.
• Leverages knowledge of a specialism to capture and classify content.

Experience Requirements

Experience or a strong interest in visual reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence is a plus.

Qualification Requirements

Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly. Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
