Overview

Support the Business Applications Service Delivery team in managing on-premise and cloud business applications for NATO bodies. Assist with monitoring service performance, performing administration tasks, and providing customer-facing application support.

Tasks Summary
  • Assist service delivery managers with monitoring service performance.
  • Perform service administration tasks to ensure reliable operations.
  • Participate in daily, customer-facing application support through the service desk.
  • Develop hands-on experience with incident handling and user assistance.
  • Assist with specified maintenance procedures for applications.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.
  • Perform routine administration activities in a structured environment.
  • Follow clear procedures and use standard digital tools.
  • Store and file information following agreed procedures.
  • Make simple travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Receive and handle requests for service, following agreed procedures.
  • Promptly allocate calls as appropriate.
  • Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
Experience Requirements
  • Application support: Assists with specified maintenance procedures. Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.
  • Business administration: Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment. Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools. Stores and files information following agreed procedures. Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Customer service support: Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures. Promptly allocates calls as appropriate. Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
