Overview

Internship supporting financial business controlling of capability projects, assisting in coordinating and monitoring project execution, supporting project closure activities, and refining dashboards and metrics.

Tasks Summary

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring project execution.
• Support project closure activities.
• Refine dashboards and metrics that enable improved oversight.
• Liaise with COO sections to track closure progress.
• Contribute to reducing the number of outstanding project closures requiring billing.

Experience Requirements

• Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
• Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools.
• Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
• Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
• Assists in database support activities.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
