Change & Configuration Management Intern

Overview

This internship supports the Change and Configuration Management team by contributing to the coordination, facilitation, and monitoring of change initiatives, with a strong emphasis on backlog management.

Tasks Summary

• Collect, structure, prioritize, and track change requests and improvement ideas.
• Contribute to designing and delivering tailored reports.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
• Maintain clear documentation.
• Follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely progress.

Experience Requirements

• Change control: Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on change requests. Applies change control procedures for standard, low-risk changes.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality: Braine l'Alleud, Belgium

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
