Change and Release and Deployment Management Internship

Overview

This internship focuses on supporting Change and Release and Deployment Management within the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves learning from experts and working on purposeful projects related to service management and control.

Tasks Summary

• Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on change requests.
• Applies change control procedures for standard, low-risk changes.
• Uses approved tools and techniques for specific deployment activities.
• Administers the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activities undertaken.

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
