CISPIA Support Intern

Overview

This internship supports the CIS Planning and Implementation Authority (CISPIA) Business Manager and team, contributing to strategic planning, risk management, business analysis, stakeholder management, information security, and information assurance activities.

Tasks Summary

• Assist with analytical tasks, coordination efforts, and documentation support related to CISPIA’s responsibility for designing and implementing secure communications and information systems.
• Uses a visualisation product to design and create data visuals, selecting appropriate visualisation techniques and engaging with users to prototype and refine visualisations.
• Assists with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
• Maintains programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
• Undertakes basic risk management activities, maintaining documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation actions.

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
