Cybersecurity Portfolio Analyst Intern

Overview

Support improved data measurement, analysis, and visualization across cybersecurity projects. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to enhance project reporting and portfolio management.

Tasks Summary

• Collect historical workflow data, project milestones, financials, and quality metrics to create a reliable and standardized project dataset.
• Develop a standard visualization template for project reporting.
• Support regular coordination and portfolio reporting activities.

Experience Requirements

• Data visualisation: Uses a visualisation product, as guided, to design and create data visuals. Selects appropriate visualisation techniques from the options available. Engages with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.
• Measurement: Applies standard techniques to support the specification of measures and the collection and maintenance of data for measurement. Generates, produces and distributes reports. Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data. Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods.
• Portfolio, programme and project support: Assists with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports. Maintains programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly. Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
