Digital Learning & AI Enabled Content Intern

Overview

Support the modernization of training materials by integrating AI-enabled technology into the instructional design workflow. Transform traditional learning requirements into engaging, high-fidelity digital products.

Tasks Summary

• Create and modify digital learning assets using in-house AI tools and standard multimedia suites.
• Translate instructional requirements into visual storyboards and functional digital prototypes.
• Explore and implement generative AI workflows for voiceovers, imagery, and interactive scenarios.
• Ensure digital materials meet organizational standards for pedagogical effectiveness and brand consistency.
• Maintain logs of AI prompts and workflows used for reproducibility.

Experience Requirements

• Contributes, under instruction, to the generation of content, and the configuration of content items and files.
• Executes pre-planned testing activities under supervision and records findings.
• Contributes, under instruction, to publication support activities.
• Supports the collation of data.
• Uses established publishing processes according to appropriate guidelines.
• Designs, creates, customises and maintains learning materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes, and meet accreditation requirements when appropriate.
• Contributes to the design, configuration and testing of learning environments.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months
