Overview

Support key HR projects and change initiatives by maintaining project plans, coordinating with HR leads, contributing to content, and helping manage communication plans. Collect and analyze data to support effective project delivery, change management, and decision-making.

Tasks Summary
  • Support key HR projects and change initiatives by maintaining project plans, coordinating with HR leads, contributing to content, and helping manage communication plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to support effective project delivery, change management, and decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the CPO Excellence agenda.
  • Maintain a knowledge management database.
  • Leverage knowledge of a specialism to capture and classify content.
  • Follow standard techniques to investigate and analyze the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities.
  • Contribute to recommendations for change management plans and actions.
  • Support implementation and engage with stakeholders under direction.
  • Assist with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
  • Maintain programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
Experience Requirements
  • Knowledge management: Maintains a knowledge management database.
  • Organisational change management: Follows standard techniques to investigate and analyse the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities.
  • Portfolio, programme and project support: Assists with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
Qualification Requirements

• You are currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential

Languages Preferred: some knowledge of the other is desirable

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality: The Hague, Netherlands

Remuneration: 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly
