Overview

Internship supporting the day-to-day coordination of the IT Change Management process, including tracking, facilitating, and documenting change-related activities.

Tasks Summary
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of the IT Change Management process.
  • Help track, facilitate, and document change-related activities across ETT.
  • Ensure alignment with established procedures and support smooth execution of change workflows.
  • Apply tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on change requests.
  • Apply change control procedures for standard, low-risk changes.
  • Apply tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes.
  • Assist with audits to check the accuracy of the information and undertake any necessary corrective action under direction.
  • Receive and handle requests for service, following agreed procedures.
  • Promptly allocate calls as appropriate.
  • Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
Experience Requirements
  • Change control: Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on change requests.
  • Configuration management: Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes.
  • Customer service support: Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
