Overview

This internship provides exposure to core IT Service Management activities within a real operational environment, focusing on building foundational knowledge and professional competency.

Tasks Summary
  • Support incident handling, service request processing, monitoring practices, reporting activities, service quality follow-up, and knowledge management tasks.
  • Assist with documentation, information organization, preparation of data for reporting and performance reviews, and formatting of Knowledge Base articles.
  • Participate in operational or review meetings as an observer.
  • Perform small defined support tasks for learning purposes.
  • Gain familiarity with ITSM tools and their daily use.
Experience Requirements
  • Incident management: Follows agreed procedures to identify, register and categorise incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocates incidents as appropriate.
  • Knowledge management: Maintains a knowledge management database. Leverages knowledge of a specialism to capture and classify content, taking expert advice when required.
  • Measurement: Applies standard techniques to support the specification of measures and the collection and maintenance of data for measurement. Generates, produces and distributes reports. Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data. Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
