Portfolio Data & Analytics Intern

Overview

This internship supports a Portfolio Office overseeing multiple concurrent IT Digital Transformation initiatives. The role contributes to programme-specific management information related to planning, delivery, risks, and dependencies.

Tasks Summary

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support consistent reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts.
• Apply structured data definitions.
• Document logic for reuse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and improve data quality and consistency.
• Progressively gain ownership of reporting outputs and contribute to governance and oversight processes.

Experience Requirements

• Assists with the creation of regular business intelligence reports using standard tools.
• Supports data preparation from existing sources.
• Establishes, modifies or maintains simple data structures and associated components.
• Uses specific data modelling and design techniques under guidance.
• Uses a visualisation product, as guided, to design and create data visuals.
• Selects appropriate visualisation techniques from the options available.
• Engages with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
