Overview

The Process Improvement Intern will analyze current procedures managed through the MS SharePoint portal and propose improvements for agility and efficiency. The role involves reviewing processes, identifying inefficiencies, enhancing automation, and supporting data analysis to recommend changes.

Tasks Summary
  • Analyze current procedures managed through the MS SharePoint portal.

  • Support data analysis to recommend changes.
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify needs and requirements.
  • Define relevant KPIs for monitoring and assessing outcomes.
  • Modernize long-standing procedures previously handled via paper or email.
Experience Requirements
  • Business situation analysis: Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyse problems and opportunities. Contributes to the recommendation of improvements. Follows agreed standards and techniques to investigate, analyse and document business situations. Engages with stakeholders under direction.
  • User experience analysis: Applies standard techniques and tools for developing user stories and eliciting user experience requirements. Organises and structures user experience analysis. Works with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and resolve conflicts.
  • User experience design: Applies standard techniques and tools for designing user interactions with and experiences of selected system, product or service components. Reviews design goals and agreed security, usability and accessibility requirements. Creates storyboards, static wireframes and dynamic or workable prototypes. Assists, as part of a team, with overall user experience design. Assists in the evaluation of design options and trade-offs. Consistently applies visual design and branding guidelines.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality: The Hague, Netherlands

Remuneration: • 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
