Overview

Assist in developing contracting and acquisition standardization guidance, including drafting and reviewing procurement-related policies and procedures. The role involves supporting procurement policy initiatives and producing information to respond to management taskings.

Tasks Summary
  • Assist in developing contracting and acquisition standardization guidance covering a broad spectrum of issues and related policies and procedures.
  • Support procurement policy initiatives.
  • Produce information to respond to management taskings.
  • Draft and review procurement-related policies and procedures.
  • Perform research, evaluate alternatives, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
Experience Requirements
  • Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
  • Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools.
  • Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
  • Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Contributes, under instruction, to the generation of content, and the configuration of content items and files.
  • Executes pre-planned testing activities under supervision and records findings.
  • Contributes, under instruction, to publication support activities.
  • Supports the collation of data.
  • Uses established publishing processes according to appropriate guidelines.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months.

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality: based at one of our key hubs

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
