Overview

This internship provides experience in service delivery and project management in support of NATO partners and external customers within an assurance context.

Tasks Summary
  • Assisting with project assurance intake (administrative tracking and reporting, plus assessment tasks to be confirmed)
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting for services and projects (status reports and required updates in SNOW/CSLA, and project overviews for execution meetings)
  • Assisting with new service requests with CQO, including supporting price proposals for annual and ad-hoc funding
  • Handling administrative requirements related to service delivery (e.g., ECIS spending, travel, and meeting coordination), liaising with branch management
  • SharePoint information management strategy
  • Capacity/demand planning for assurance to project work
  • Internal task-tracking tools
  • A toolkit for PMs on assurance responsibilities
  • An online presence update for IAB services, depending on skillset
Experience Requirements
  • Business administration: Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment. Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools. Stores and files information following agreed procedures. Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Customer service support: Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures. Promptly allocates calls as appropriate. Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
  • Portfolio, programme and project support: Assists with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports. Maintains programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.
Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,477.30 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
