Resource and Portfolio Management Intern

Overview

This internship supports efficient financial and workforce resource allocation and the management of project portfolios within the NATO Cyber Security Centre.

Tasks Summary

• Assisting in tracking resource allocation, analyzing utilization and bottlenecks
• Supporting workforce planning and scheduling
• Aiding in budget and financial tracking
• Helping to maintain project portfolios, track KPIs, and support prioritization activities
• Collecting and analyzing project data, and preparing performance reports
• Compiling data, maintaining dashboards and presentations, and identifying trends
• Ensuring data accuracy and following established processes
• Assisting with the creation of regular business intelligence reports using standard tools
• Supporting data preparation from existing sources
• Investigating straightforward business situations to identify and analyze problems and opportunities
• Contributing to the recommendation of improvements
• Following agreed standards and techniques to investigate, analyse and document business situations
• Engaging with stakeholders under direction
• Assisting with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports
• Maintaining programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data

Experience Requirements

Qualification Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university-level degree or have recently graduated in the past 12 months

Other Details

Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential

Languages Preferred: • Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable

Contract Duration: • 6 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete
