ServiceNow Support Intern (Business Applications)

Overview

Provide first-line support to project and service delivery managers, monitor and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents, and assist in developing training on ServiceNow usage.

Tasks Summary

• Monitor ServiceNow-related incidents in the IT Service Management tool for P3SM requests and resolve incidents as required.
• Help address incidents and implement enhancements for optimal outcomes within the NCIA Business Applications Center.
• Assist in developing training on ServiceNow usage, particularly in project, service, resource management, and time accounting.
• Support the adoption of other ServiceNow modules, advising on compatibility and overlap with Strategic Portfolio Management enhancements.
• Support the Business Execution Management (BEM) team by creating ServiceNow and EBA/Oracle reports.
• Contribute to RPMO requirements documented via bi-weekly engagements.

Experience Requirements

• Acceptance testing: Assists in planning, preparing and executing acceptance tests for systems, products, business processes or services. Assists in collecting feedback from acceptance testing.
• Application support: Assists with specified maintenance procedures. Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.
• Business administration: Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment. Follows clear procedures and uses standard digital tools. Stores and files information following agreed procedures. Makes simple travel and meeting arrangements.

Other Details

Languages Required: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.

Languages Preferred: Some knowledge of the other NATO language is desirable.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Remuneration: • 1,334.96 Euro (EUR) Monthly • Reasonable travel expenses to start on day 1 and to return to your home location once the internship is complete.
