Overview
Seeking an ET Consultant to provide strategic and operational support, including analytical, monitoring, reporting, and coordination services for enterprise initiatives within the Strategy and Governance unit.
Tasks Summary
- Support HQ-level enterprise service management and autonomous platform initiatives.
- Track implementation activities and performance measures for autonomous platform efforts.
- Provide analytical support for cross-functional technology integration activities.
- Support and monitor implementation of digital strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Organize tasks, coordinate teams, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
- Track action items, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, or delays for leadership awareness.
- Collect and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders for reporting and review cycles.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and performance data.
- Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support governance, compliance monitoring, and service management reporting.
- Produce routine and ad hoc status reports, summaries, and trend analyses.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing notes, and summary materials.
- Draft professional presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.
- Maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and presentation materials in approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and version controlled.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, program support, or operational reporting.
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, or operational reporting in a large enterprise.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and Software Asset Management.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in communications, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- ITIL v4 certification (required); SAFe certification (preferred).
