Overview
Provide consultancy support for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Lions Quest programmes in South-Eastern Europe. This includes training facilitators, preparing evaluation methodologies, and analysing collected data.
Tasks Summary
- Facilitate implementation and evaluation of Lions Quest Skills for Action in Una-Sana Canton, Slovenia, and Croatia.
- Evaluate post-test results for Lions Quest Skills for Adolescence in Republic of Srpska, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
- Prepare analysis of pre- and post-test data for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Slovenia.
- Prepare methodology for case studies and analyse data for Lions Quest Skills for Growing in Montenegro.
- Prepare scientific papers for publication.
- Prepare documentation for ethical approval and develop measurement instruments.
- Create sociograms and analyse monitoring diaries, scales, forms, and questionnaires.
- Prepare and implement follow-up meetings and write reports.
Experience Requirements
- - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in school-based prevention, education, youth development, or related social sciences.
- - Experience in programme implementation, analysis, and evaluation.
- - Knowledge of evidence-based drug use prevention interventions.
- - Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops is desirable.
- - Proven experience with conducting trainings and facilitating groups is desirable.
- - Intercultural work experience and/or experience working with the UN is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in social science, educational science, behavioral disorders or a related field is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted.
