Overview
The role involves developing a comprehensive feasibility study and a business and management plan for the Mar Mikhael Train Station project, aiming to ensure financial sustainability and long-term operation.
Tasks Summary
- Conducting analytical, strategic, and advisory work for site management, operation, and financial sustainability.
- Providing recommendations on governance, operational models, and partnerships.
- Engaging in coordination and consultation with DGRPT, government entities, and project partners.
- Ensuring proposed approaches are realistic, feasible, and compliant with regulations.
- Contributing to project coordination through meetings and discussions.
- Preparing and delivering presentations on progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Coordinating with the DGRPT legal advisor and technical teams for regulatory compliance.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of proven progressive experience in business consultancy, project development, and feasibility studies is required.
- Experience within the development and/or humanitarian sector, particularly with the United Nations System is desirable.
- Experience and good knowledge in drafting feasibility studies, plans and strategies is required.
- Previous experiences with similar projects is desirable.
- Experience working within national and local institutions is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
Master’s degree in business consultancy, project development, and feasibility studies is required. A first level degree with an additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of Master’s degree. MBA is desirable.
