Overview

Support climate governance and transparency, contribute to NDC and NAP implementation, and assist with climate finance and stakeholder coordination.

Tasks Summary

• Assist in preparing climate governance and transparency reports.
• Help collect and consolidate information for reporting.
• Support tracking and documenting progress on national climate commitments.
• Assist in preparing summaries and communication materials.
• Help compile and organize information on climate finance opportunities.
• Support the team in preparing background notes for financing dialogues.
• Assist in organizing consultations and coordination meetings.
• Maintain updated stakeholder lists and synthesize feedback.
• Keep documents, reports, and materials well-structured.
• Assist in preparing and sharing approved summaries and briefs.
• Assist in documenting adaptation and mitigation activities.
• Help organize evidence for monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, invitations, and minutes.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Support logistics for events and workshops.
• Assist with basic procurement and travel arrangements.

Experience Requirements

• 1 month relevant experience
• Practical experience in environmental monitoring, or climate related research

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography and Territorial Planning or Accounting
