Senior PPH Associate

Overview

Support the engagement of Private Partnerships and Philanthropy (PPH) donors, and all activities relevant for the acquisition and strengthening of relationships with them. This includes preparing fundraising materials, managing existing partnerships, and conducting market research.

Tasks Summary

• Support the engagement of PPH donors and activities for acquiring and strengthening relationships.
• Support the preparation of pitches, presentations, proposals, and fundraising materials.
• Support the management of existing partnerships, including drafting donor reports and planning missions.
• Support the team with desk and market research for PPH initiatives.
• Support logistics for internal and external events.
• Support PPH colleagues with procurement, administrative, and travel matters.
• Help update content on PSP’s SharePoint platform.
• Support information management and knowledge-sharing related to partnerships and philanthropy.
• Support the maintenance of up-to-date records of partnerships and relationships.
• Support the delivery of communications and visibility plans with PPH donors.
• Collaborate on and work towards non-direct cash elements with IG and campaigns.
• Support on the logistics of high-level events tailored for major donors and HNWIs.
• Support colleagues in the implementation of donor care plans for major donors.
• Support the delivery of high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports for major donors and HNWIs.
• If applicable, support on data mining and updating databases of existing and potential major donors.
• Support colleagues in implementing initiatives designed to engage with foundations.
• Support on the preparation and submission of foundations grants.
• Support the logistics of the organization of or participation in events for foundations and philanthropic networks.
• Support colleagues in implementing initiatives designed to acquire and/or strengthen partnerships with corporations and corporate foundations.
• Support colleagues in the implementation of donor cultivation and stewardship plans with corporate partners.

Experience Requirements

• 4 years of experience for High School Diploma and 2 years of experience for Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate.
• Relevant professional experience with exposure to an international environment and/or with humanitarian or development organizations.
• Ability to produce high-quality written materials tailored to specific audiences.
• Ability to balance different and sometimes competing needs and deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, with an ability to multi-task, manage time, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of humanitarian programming and/or UNHCR programmes and operational arrangements (Desirable).
• Knowledge of partnerships, fundraising, and/or relationships with donors and/or external partners (Desirable).
• Knowledge of SharePoint 365 platform (Desirable).
• Experience in marketing and/or communications (Desirable).
• Knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce (Desirable).
• Experience in a UN field location and/or working in a developing country, with an ability to function well in a multi-cultural environment (Desirable).

Qualification Requirements

• Completion of High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Marketing, Business Management or related fields).

Contract Duration: until 31/12/2026 with the possibility of extension

Work Modality: REMOTE

Remuneration: The monthly net salary is between MYR 8,762.42 and MYR 11,099.08 depending on relevant experience.
